The facility houses a reception/waiting area, exam rooms, x-ray room, doctor’s and administrative offices, a conference/lounge area, kitchen/pantry, supply and file storage rooms, patient restrooms, mechanical room, medical gas closet, and parking lot. Sustainable and energy-saving design features included clerestory windows for natural light, energy-efficient HVAC systems, 1″ insulated low-heat glazing and installation of an energy star roof.
