Architectural and interior design services for 3 buildings – the new Control building, OSG building, and electrical buildings at the Agua Vista Site. The 2,905 SF control building is a single-sloped pre-engineered metal building with a main entrance lobby, offices, field lab and workstation room, as well as control room, break room, storage, janitor’s closet, electrical room, IT server room, mechanical room, workshop room, men’s and women’s restrooms with showers and lockers. The break room is a multi-purpose area that can be used a a general large meeting area for facility training and tour presentations. The 1,950 SF electrical building houses the medium voltage motor control center for the Stone Oak pump station high service pumps and the low voltage switchboard for distribution of 480V power throughout the site. The building is a single-story rectangular PEMB structure. The OSG building is a 1,985 SF one-story CMU building with a parapet with single-sloped roof to the south of the french drain. The building consists of a sodium hypochlorite generation room, a pump room, and an electrical room.
