Architectural and interior design services needed to transform a former warehouse building into a Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 annex capable of servicing resident within this jurisdiction and solving Bexar County’s need for a new precinct with enough square footage to accommodate its staff, end users and offer better space planning for multiple offices, courtrooms and administrative space to conduct business.

The scope of work included the adaptive-reuse of the existing building for a new 23,254 square foot Justice of the Peace courtroom building and finish-out to include a main courtroom, constable and admin offices, DA office and clerk office, civil offices, Judge’s chambers parking lot expansion, and facade addition for new main entrance. This was the second assigned project by Bexar County under the Fiscal Year 2016-17 and 2017-18 Architectural Services contract with Bexar County.
